My dear Father

I am well and good here and hope you are too.

Last Sunday, the weather was pleasant. Our history teacher, who is also the hostel warden, decided to take us on a picnic at a lakeside. We were so excited.

We packed eatables like chips, fruit sandwiches, and other essential things. We went on bicycles.

When we reached the picnic spot, we relaxed for a while under the shade of trees.

We played games like Kho-Kho and enjoyed dancing and boating. Afterward, we had some refreshments. We all sang songs. I enjoyed the picnic so much.

We returned to the hostel in the evening.
